Galdur UI

Galdur UI draws the menus of all our mods. You never open it on its own: install it next to the mod you want, and you’re done.

v0.1.0 · Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge 21.1

Do I need it?Yes, with any Galdur mod
Where?Your game, and the server if you play on one
CostFree, open source

Install it

It’s a normal mod: a .jar file in your mods folder, or one click in a launcher. The install guide shows both.

Open the install guide →

Playing on a server? The server owner must add Galdur UI to the server’s mods folder too.

Do I need to do anything?

No. Once installed, the menus of our mods use it automatically. If you want to check it works:

  1. 1Start the game and click Mods on the main menu.
  2. 2Find “Galdur UI” in the list.
  3. 3Open any Galdur mod menu: it should look dark brown with red buttons.

Turn off animations

Menus fade and slide in a little. If it bothers you, or your PC is slow, turn it off: Mods, Galdur UI, Config. Try it:

Galdur UI · Config
Animations

On: menus fade and slide in. It stays short, under a fifth of a second.

Change the colours

The colours come from a theme that a resource pack can change. To use one:

  1. Put the pack’s .zip in your resourcepacks folder.
  2. In the game, open Options, then Resource Packs.
  3. Move the pack to the right column and click Done.

Works with

JEI✓ YesThe item list stays out of the way.
EMI✓ YesSame as JEI.
Fabric✗ NoNeoForge only for now.
