Quantum Storage

Wireless digital storage: keep everything in disks, open it from terminals, with no cables and no limit on the number of item types.

Still in development. The name of the mod, the recipes and some numbers can still change before the first release. This wiki is generated from the code of the mod: it follows what exists today.

The idea

A disk does not store stacks but volume: every item counts as 1, whatever its type. A disk can hold as many different types as you like, up to its capacity. Disks go in racks, all the racks of a network make a single stock, and a terminal shows it all.

Nothing is connected with cables: a device joins the network as soon as it is placed within range of the controller. In return, the network needs energy to run.

The blocks
